AQF证书3级，包括至少2年的在职培训或AQF证书IV级（ANZSCO技术3级）In Australia: AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

在新西兰：

• NZ资格证4级（ANZSCO技术3级）In New Zealand: NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

ANZSCO 3514 一般厨师主要职责 Tasks Include - FLYabroad

• 检查粮食，确保质量。examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
  
• 调节烤箱、烤架和其它炊具的温度。regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
  
• 准备和烹调食物。preparing and cooking food
  
• 对食物调味。seasoning food during cooking
  
• 分配食物，放置盘中，并加入肉汁、酱汁和装饰品。portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
  
• 将食物储存在控温设备中。storing food in temperature controlled facilities
  
• 准备满足特定要求的食物。preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
  
• 可能要设计菜单和估计食物要求。may plan menus and estimate food requirements
